PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid Sun Exposure: Refrain from direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least one week prior to treatment. Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily.
Discontinue Exfoliating Products: Stop using exfoliants, including retinoids (e.g., Retin-A), alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), 2–3 days before your appointment.
Avoid Waxing or Hair Removal: Do not wax or use depilatories on the treatment area for at least 48 hours before your session.
Limit Use of Certain Medications: Avoid medications that inhibit blood clotting, such as aspirin or vitamin E, for seven days prior to treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Arrive with Clean Skin: Ensure your face is free from makeup, lotions, or oils.
Health Considerations: Notify your provider of any changes to your medical history or health status. If you feel unwell, reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid Makeup for 24 Hours: Refrain from applying makeup to allow your skin to breathe and absorb the benefits of the treatment.
Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild, hydrating cleanser for the first 24 hours. Avoid scrubs, exfoliants, and harsh products to allow your skin to recover.
Moisturize Regularly: Apply a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. Look for products suitable for your skin type and recommended by your esthetician.
Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 48 hours post-treatment. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily to protect your skin.
Avoid Heat and Sweat: Refrain from hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for at least 24–48 hours to prevent irritation.
Skip Exfoliating Products: Do not use exfoliating products, including retinoids and AHAs, for at least 48 hours after treatment.
Follow Up Care: Use the recommended skincare products provided by your esthetician to maintain and enhance the results of your treatment
