- Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild, hydrating cleanser for the first 24 hours. Avoid scrubs, exfoliants, and harsh products to allow your skin to recover.
- Moisturize Regularly: Apply a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. Look for products suitable for your skin type and recommended by your esthetician.
- Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 48 hours post-treatment. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily to protect your skin.
- Avoid Heat and Sweat: Refrain from hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for at least 24–48 hours to prevent irritation.
- Skip Exfoliating Products: Do not use exfoliating products, including retinoids and AHAs, for at least 48 hours after treatment.
